East Thames Housing Association gets money to build house, but hey presto they splash the money on luxury offices.

Most housing association are building crap homes. 1960s were the era ugly tower blocks and the ugly crap they are building is no better.

sorry anon but this is untrue. Some new homes built by HA are indeed pretty rubbish but most are not.

The worse homes being built nowadays are nearly all in the private sector. People are being ripped off left, right and centre.

The very worse homes in the HA sector are some of the private sector scheme that could not be sold due to the recession and were bought cheaply by some HA.

The design and build quality of many of these proprieties are appalling.
